Focus-On-U Core
Any company, large or small, employing staff, faces issues regarding the capturing of time and attendance
of staff, the management of human resources and the calculation of employees
remuneration.
Focus-On-You is an integrated system, where time & attendance is captured
through the use of a finger print Reader which automatically updates
the payroll system by using the parameters as defined for individual employees in the HR
system.
Focus-On-U is flexible enough so that it can be structured as
required by individual companies needs.

1. Focus-On-U Time & Attendance 
Focus-On-U makes use of the most up to date fingerprint readers (biometrics). We offer finger print readers that can take up to 3000 fingerprint
templates and can store up to 80 000 transactions. Readers have a battery power
pack that last up to 72 hours in the case of power loss.
Attendance can be monitored via fingerprint scans, Tag cards or pin
codes or even a combination of the options.
Finger print readers can also be used for gate control, sirens,
bells etc.
Transactions are automatically downloaded to the database of
Focus-On-U, which means that attendance of employees can be viewed and
calculated in real time. No physical download via memory sticks necessary.
Fingerprint Readers can be placed off site and no direct connection to the
pc with the software on is necessary. Fingerprint readers can be web based that
gives a flexibility of having more than one point of attendance. Readers can be
made wireless if preferred.
Overtime / Shorttime for various shifts can be set and will be calculated
according to the scans made by employees.
All overtime / shorttime calculations are done automatically and no user
interaction is necessary. Worksheets and Attendance Registers can be viewed and
printed.
All calculations are done according to your companies preffered rules and
regulations and are set up prior to any attendance captured.
Calculations and remuneration can be based on an hourly or a fixed basic
income principle. All these calculations are done automatically based on the
fingerprints been scanned by the employees.

Our HR Solution provides HR with the necessary
tools to administer employee details, equity planning, leave management, duty rostering,
Daily Attendance, Courses, Allowances and basic reporting on all of these areas.
Focus-On-U HR stores and manages all
employee information in a single SQL database via the use of a user friendly
interface. Data integrity is maintained through lookup tables, libraries and
data defaults to ensure consistent reporting. Focus-On-U HR is flexibile enough
to interface with your companies rules and regulations.

3. Focus-On-U Payroll
Focus-On-U Payroll provides an
accurate and timely process for authorizing and compensating employees for time worked, in accordance with SA laws and
bargaining Chamber Rules respectively.
No Human interface necessary to calculate any attendance time and is done
automatically by the HR System based on rules registered and finger prints
scanned.
All forms of compensation like allowances, commission, overtime, night shifts
etc. are catered for.
Building / Bargaining Chambers levies and fees and even the Employers
contributions are calculated automatically depending on the rules setup.
Calculates accurate salaries and wages with current statutory deduction
legislation.
Creates comprehensive salary advices.
Various reports can be viewed, like EMP 201 etc.
